Mompreneur is a neologism derived from English, composed of two words mom and entrepreneur.
Mompreneur is a professionally independent mother who runs her own business at the same time as caring for her children.

Mompreneurs Ticino is an association founded in 2023 in Lugano thanks to the determination of Alessia, Coralie, Duska and Rina:
four mompreneurs who are professionally active in a variety of fields and believe that there is no limit to what women can accomplish when they come together and collaborate.
Created with the goal of supporting and promoting the entrepreneurial potential of moms by providing a community of support and growth for all mompreneurs in Ticino.

We want to create a community of support and solidarity, where mom entrepreneurs can connect with each other, exchange ideas, knowledge and experiences. We believe that sharing challenges and achievements can help us grow both as professionals and as individuals.

Mompreneurs Ticino targets all moms who want to start their own independent business or who are already entrepreneurs, regardless of the industry they are in or the size of their business.
